“Ima Airabyu” and Gyaru to Gyaru no Yuri Visuals

Yua and Rena's Story Becomes a Song

Nichiyobi no MAISONdes was created specifically to connect Sunday manga with different music creators, and this release turns Yua and Rena's relationship into its next source material.

“Ima Airabyu” is described around the brightness of youth and the value of moments that can only happen now, matching a manga built around everyday intimacy and the gradual development of its central couple.

PARKGOLF and Okamoto Emi Lead the Production

PARKGOLF handles both composition and arrangement, while Okamoto Emi wrote the lyrics. Rei continues as the vocalist for Nichiyobi no MAISONdes.

Furuike created the jacket illustration, using vivid pop colors around Yua and Rena. No official music video has been announced yet.

Volume 2 Is Already Available

Volume 2 of #Gyaru to Gyaru no Yuri was released on October 9, one day before this article was prepared.

The 192-page volume moves into Yua and Rena's third-year summer and once again includes an exclusive newly drawn tankobon episode, this time running eight pages.

Why This Matters

1) The song is built directly from the manga

“Ima Airabyu” is part of a project designed to transform manga narratives into music rather than functioning as a generic tie-in.

2) The production team brings distinct musical voices

PARKGOLF, Okamoto Emi and Rei each contribute a different part of the track's identity.

3) It arrives alongside a new manga volume

Readers are getting both a continuation of Yua and Rena's story and a new musical interpretation within the same release period.
