Virtual Sanrio Puroland in the Year Two Showcase

Hello Kitty and Kuromi Join the Race
The Virtual Sanrio Puroland Pack makes Hello Kitty and Kuromi fully playable racers rather than simply decorating the course.
Hello Kitty drives the Hello Kitty Apple Kart, while Kuromi receives the Kuromi Charming Cruiser. Early footage shows a pastel-heavy Sanrio environment built around the Virtual Sanrio Puroland theme.
A Dedicated Course Is Part of the Pack
Unlike some Season Pass Two content focused more heavily on machines, the Sanrio collaboration includes a new course named Virtual Sanrio Puroland.
SEGA has not yet detailed its complete layout, CrossWorld routes, or full Jukebox track list. Those details remain pending ahead of the Q2 2027 launch window.
One of Six Season Pass Two Collaborations
Sanrio occupies the third premium DLC slot following Godzilla and EVANGELION.
The roadmap then continues with SEGALAND, the FINAL FANTASY VII Remake series, and the Persona-based Reload Revival Royal Pack, maintaining CrossWorlds' focus on crossover franchises throughout Year Two.
Year Two Also Includes Major Free Updates
Year Two is not limited to paid DLC. November 3 will introduce Duel Mode, Gadget System changes, and free content including Bayonetta.
Aigis and a McLaren Racing collaboration are also part of the free Year Two roadmap, separate from the six Season Pass Two packs.
Why This Matters
1) Hello Kitty and Kuromi are actual racers
The collaboration goes beyond decals or cosmetic branding, with both characters receiving their own machines.
2) Sanrio gets a dedicated course
Virtual Sanrio Puroland becomes a complete CrossWorlds racing environment rather than promotional background art.
3) Season Pass Two covers an unusually wide mix of franchises
Sanrio sits alongside Godzilla, EVANGELION, FINAL FANTASY VII, Persona, and SEGA properties in the same roadmap.
