Manga Update and Volume 1 Cover

A New Update Is Available on Two Platforms
Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh announced on August 25 that the manga had received another online update.
Readers were directed to Kadocomi and Niconico Manga, the two services currently used for its web distribution. Kadocomi had previously recorded an installment on August 11, keeping the manga moving after its first collected volume arrived in May.
The Dengeki Daioh post itself does not state the newest installment number, so this article does not assign one without confirmation from the official episode page.
Reishel Loses His Position and Is Sent to the Front
The protagonist, Reishel von Agaram, is a man from modern Japan reincarnated as the first prince of the Kingdom of Agaram.
He receives Complete Regeneration, an ability capable of restoring abnormalities through physical contact. After his father's death, however, a rebellion by his younger brother strips Reishel of his place as heir and sends him to the front line.
There, he establishes a new role as the leader of a medical unit, treating wounded soldiers regardless of which side they belong to.
The Soldier He Saves Is Actually the Seventh Princess
The major turning point begins when Reishel finds a critically wounded female soldier.
After he treats her, she is revealed to be Rosemary, the seventh princess of the opposing empire and a dragon knight.
Rosemary then asks Reishel to use his unusual power to help her mother, Alkarion, who is suffering from a lethal curse.
Rosemary Changes the Direction of Reishel's Life
What begins as a story about political betrayal and war gradually shifts toward the new life Reishel finds among people who were previously considered enemies.
His ability brings him closer to both Rosemary and Alkarion, while KADOKAWA promotes the series as an isekai fantasy with a strong romantic harem-comedy and suggestive fanservice component.
At its core, however, Reishel's healing remains the force that gives him new value after his royal status is taken away.
Manga Volume 1 Arrived in May
Hibipon's adaptation began appearing on Kadocomi on November 25, 2025.
Its first tankōbon was published through Dengeki Comics NEXT on May 27, 2026, carrying a Japanese list price of ¥924 including tax. The B6 book contains 178 pages.
Volume 1 collects the opening stage of Reishel's journey, including his encounter with Rosemary and the transformation of his life after being cast aside as a prince.
The Original Kakuyomu Story Is Complete
Before the manga adaptation, Hiiro Nagawa's story originated on Kakuyomu.
KADOKAWA Group's official page lists the web novel as complete with 156 chapters, with its final update dated May 20, 2025.
The print edition has reached two books. Volume 1 launched in November 2024, followed by Volume 2 in April 2025, continuing Reishel's life alongside Rosemary, Alkarion, and other characters after the opening conflict.
Why This Matters
1) Reishel's healing power reshapes his political position
He loses his rights as a prince, but the same ability he uses on the battlefield creates entirely new connections within the opposing empire.
2) An enemy soldier becomes central to his new life
Rosemary first enters the story as a soldier from the other side, making her rescue the event that redirects the protagonist's future.
3) The manga has a completed source story behind it
The Kakuyomu version already reached its ending in 156 chapters, giving the manga a complete narrative foundation to draw from.
