Blue Archive Returns to World of Warships

Both Collaboration Waves Return Together
The first 2024 collaboration centered heavily on the Abydos Countermeasures Committee, bringing Nonomi, Ayane, Hoshino, Shiroko, and Serika into World of Warships as voiced Commanders.
Its featured vessels were BA Tirpitz, BA Takahashi, and BA Montana. The 2025 second wave then expanded the crossover with Wakamo, Yuuka, Maki, and Arona alongside four additional themed ships.
The 2026 rerun combines those releases, giving players who missed either period another chance to complete the collection.
Seven Ships Draw From Different Parts of Blue Archive
Not every collaboration vessel is simply an existing warship reskinned around a single student.
BA Tirpitz, BA Montana, and BA Takahashi are closely associated with Nonomi, Hoshino, and Ayane, while the second wave expanded into broader Blue Archive concepts such as Wakamo’s Hovercraft, the Ship of Utnapishtim, Binah, and Arona’s Whale.
The combined lineup therefore ranges across battleships, cruisers, and a submarine from Tier VIII through Tier X.
Commanders Retain Individual Voiceovers
A major part of the crossover is that the Blue Archive Commanders include individual voice recordings, rather than functioning solely as portraits or cosmetic replacements.
Across the two waves, the PC roster reaches nine characters: Arona, Ayane, Hoshino, Wakamo, Nonomi, Shiroko, Yuuka, Serika, and Maki.
That makes this rerun especially relevant for players who previously missed specific characters during either collaboration window.
The Rerun Is Part of Update 15.9
Blue Archive is only one part of Update 15.9. Wargaming is also running Pacific Front, a strategy event built around connected operations and Progress Tokens, with U.S. Premium Tier VI destroyer Monaghan among its major rewards.
For Blue Archive fans, however, the main draw is the simultaneous return of all seven PC collaboration vessels through early December.
Why This Matters
1) Both waves are available in one return period
Players no longer need separate reruns for the 2024 and 2025 content.
2) The ship lineup goes beyond simple character skins
Seven vessels draw inspiration from students, vehicles, bosses, and other parts of Blue Archive's world.
3) The voiced Commanders remain the crossover's standout feature
Individual voiceovers make the collaboration more substantial than a purely cosmetic reskin.
