Collaboration Visuals, Key Art and Gameplay

Two Roguelike Action Games Meet
The announcement brings CRYMELIGHT together with Garden of Witches, two games built around roguelike action but with very different worlds and progression systems.
CRYMELIGHT centers on sin and repentance inside an afterlife Wonderland, while Garden of Witches follows Sil as she gathers a group of unruly witches and tries to save the Garden.
CRYMELIGHT Launches on November 5
FURYU will release CRYMELIGHT on November 5, 2026 JST for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.
Combat combines the expanding Wonder Dimension with skill cards that form poker-style hands. Persistent progression also comes through repentance and equipment upgrades.
A full Steam demo has been available since September and covers the opening through the end of Chapter 1.
Garden of Witches Reached Version 1.0 in August
Garden of Witches entered Early Access in May 2025 before reaching version 1.0 on August 28, 2026.
The full release concludes the Epilogue Arc while expanding progression, combat, Scissors, Spells, keyboard and mouse support, achievements and Japanese voice-over for the main story.
Its CRYMELIGHT collaboration arrives after that full launch, although Team Tapas and FURYU have not yet revealed how the crossover will be implemented.
Crossover Details Remain Under Wraps
The announcement visual is currently the main material available for the collaboration. There is no dedicated crossover trailer, item list, character lineup, event structure or schedule yet.
It therefore remains unconfirmed whether the collaboration will take the form of in-game content, DLC, costumes, items, a campaign or something else.
Why This Matters
1) Both games share a roguelike action foundation
CRYMELIGHT and Garden of Witches both build around repeat runs and evolving builds while approaching combat in different ways.
2) The announcement lands shortly before CRYMELIGHT's launch
The crossover was revealed only weeks before CRYMELIGHT's Japanese release date.
3) Garden of Witches recently completed its move to 1.0
Team Tapas only launched the full version in August, making this collaboration one of the projects arriving in its post-Early Access period.
