IA Comes to Desktop Mate

The VOCALOID3 Package Pose Returns in 3D

IA's entrance animation specifically recreates the package illustration pose from VOCALOID3 “IA -ARIA ON THE PLANETES-.” She leaps up surrounded by glowing orbs, lands, extends both hands, and greets the user.

Another screen-edge animation is smaller and more playful: IA first peeks out with only her eyes, watches for a moment, then steps into view before smiling and waving.

Sakura Mochi, Butterflies, and Light Effects

One seated animation has IA take out a plate of sakura mochi, admire her favorite treat, and put it away again while cherry blossom petals drift around her.

A separate standing motion lets a butterfly settle on her fingertip. When it flies away, glowing orbs connect the butterfly and IA's hand. Her trademark long hair also uses wind and shader effects to give it a soft shimmering movement.

IA TALK Powers Her Interactions and Alarm

Character dialogue is generated through VoiSona Talk “IA TALK.” Voice responses appear when users click IA, grab her hand or waist, trigger an alarm, or watch her leave the desktop.

The alarm has its own animation with IA jumping up from the bottom of the screen. Morning greetings and goodnight messages are also included, reinforcing Desktop Mate's role as a desktop companion rather than a static 3D viewer.
