More than ten years later, a giant invader attacks. Oriko turns to her personal scientist and butler, Dr. Sebastian, for a way to protect everything she owns.
The drink he gives her transforms Oriko into a figure larger than the surrounding buildings. Confident that she can solve the crisis herself, she directly confronts the attacker.
A giant battle inside an urban area naturally creates another problem. Oriko may defend the city from invaders while simultaneously leaving its infrastructure and residents caught in her oversized chaos.
Oriko and Dr. Sebastian Drive the Comedy
Oriko is presented as an intensely optimistic young woman who enjoys creating surprises for the people living in her city.
Her wealth gives her access to enormous resources, but her plans regularly grow beyond reasonable limits. Her confidence also prevents her from stepping back even when the situation becomes increasingly uncontrollable.

Nikumura Q began publishing Giant Ojou-sama through Sunday Webry on July 30, 2021.
Eleven collected volumes are available as of early August 2026. Volume 12 will be released on August 10 for 770 yen in a 192-page B6 edition.
The volume introduces Mine, a character associated with jirai-kei fashion, and Dinoa, the ruler of a separate spatial domain. Its story takes place well beyond the opening chapters introducing Oriko, her city, and the growth formula.
