Shogakukan now promotes Mawata no Ori as a series with more than 2 million copies in circulation. The figure applies to the overall title, although the publisher has not disclosed how it is divided between printed books, digital editions, or individual volumes.

The report accompanying the magazine cover refers to Volumes 1–6. Shogakukan's official catalogue, however, already lists Volume 7 as a published book and has scheduled Volume 8 for August 2026.
