One of the game's major changes is the ability to fly freely while exploring dungeons.

Players can move seamlessly between running and flying to reach rooftops, waterways, and elevated areas. The environments are larger and designed to support three-dimensional exploration.

Flight is also integrated into combat. Characters can transform into their Goddess Forms, attack from above, and take advantage of vertical positioning during battles.

The combo system has been reworked, while EXE Drive attacks feature new animations. Encounters with massive world bosses provide additional opportunities to use these movement and combat abilities.

Compile Heart has expanded the character customization systems available in Hyperspace Neptunia: Unlimited.

Players can change character colors, equip accessories, and adjust their size, position, and appearance. Even the wings of Purple Heart can be recolored.

Processor Unit equipment discovered while exploring can also be strengthened to improve character statistics.

The returning Disc Make system provides another way to unlock additional abilities.
