The new artwork places Hibana alone at the center of the cover. She is shown performing with a microphone while the large IDOL×IDOL STORY! logo dominates the lower portion of the design.
Her selection also follows the development specifically referenced by the official account. After the training camp gave Hibana an opportunity to confront her own weaknesses, Volume 12 now gives her the central visual spotlight.

Houbunsha has scheduled Volume 12 for December 1, 2026, with the Japanese physical edition priced at 968 yen including tax.
The manga remains serialized through COMIC FUZ. Its core concept continues to revolve around a survival idol audition in which candidates face performances, evaluations, competition, and the pressure to keep improving.
