Phantom Busters Teaser Visual

The Four Phantom Busters Take Center Stage

The teaser visual brings Mogari, Koresiki, Zaki and Tamon together, immediately placing the four-person group at the center of the anime's identity.

Mogari drives the composition from the foreground while the other three characters reflect the contrasting personalities that define the series' club dynamics.

Nobuhiko Okamoto Leads the Main Cast

Nobuhiko Okamoto voices Mogari, the unusual high school student capable of consuming spirits as part of his exorcism ability.

Natsuki Hanae voices Koresiki, the academically gifted student who initially rejects the existence of ghosts. Koki Uchiyama plays Zaki, who can see spirits, while Ryota Suzuki voices Tamon, who can communicate with them.

Together, those four characters form the central Phantom Busters club.

TOHO animation STUDIO Produces the Series

The anime is directed by Chika Nagaoka, with Takahiro Kishida and Rina Iwamoto handling character design.

TOHO animation STUDIO is responsible for animation production. Other major positions including series composition, music and sound direction have not yet been announced.

Supernatural Chaos Meets High School Life

The original manga is set in Kamakura and begins when Koresiki encounters Mogari, a boy who came to the city hoping to enjoy an ordinary youth while also carrying an obligation to exorcise its spirits.

Their meeting eventually leads to the creation of Phantom Busters, with Zaki and Tamon later joining the group. School comedy, friendship and supernatural incidents then develop side by side.
